We try our best to get your purchase sent out to you within 2 working days, although please allow a little longer at busy times such as when we have a sale on.
Our standard delivery charge is £1.50 to mainland UK. Most items are sent Royal Mail Second Class. Some larger orders may be sent by courier and will require a signature on arrival. Don’t forget that delivery is free for all orders over £25.

Our standard delivery charge to Europe is £5.00 and free on all orders over £60.
Although this option is not yet set up on the website, we are happy to post items worldwide. Please email email@example.com for a postage cost for your order and we will be happy to help.
We want you to be really happy with your purchase, however if you do need to return anything please get in touch by dropping us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it complete with original packaging and tags attached.
If you need to return an item please ensure it is packaged securely. We recommend using Royal Mail signed for delivery and please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in post.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund, minus original postage, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you would prefer an exchange please send us an email so we can check stock and once we receive your returned item we will send out your exchange.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on underwear, nappies and swimwear.
We are happy to offer payment plans – just enter code PAYMENTPLAN at checkout which will leave 20% to pay as a deposit, you will then be sent an invoice for the remaining balance which can be paid instalments or all within 2 months after the date of order.
Goods are dispatched once the payment plan is paid off – please allow 5 working days for order to be posted.
No discount codes can be used on payment plans.
There is a 14 day cooling off period from the date of your payment plan order and within this time your order can be cancelled and deposit refunded. Please note that after 14 days from the date of order the 20% deposit paid is non-refundable.
If payment plan is not paid off within the 2 months then any money paid will be refunded and the plan will be cancelled. In this case the original 20% deposit already paid will not be refunded. We will send email reminders first and please do contact if you need more time. Please remember we are here to help if we can.
